We’re Hiring: Experienced Professional Organiser (Contractor Role) – Sunshine Coast

Professional Organiser Co is looking for an experienced organiser to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This role offers flexible weekday hours and the opportunity to work closely with clients to transform homes and lives, through systems that are not only functional, but also beautiful.
‍Our ideal organiser is calm under pressure, empathetic, and confident leading a session from start to finish. They are someone who listens well, understands the emotional weight behind clutter, and takes pride in creating spaces that feel like a fresh start.
 
  • Experience in professional organising or a similar hands-on service
  • Physically fit and confident with lifting and manual tasks
  • Comfortable with cleaning tasks
  • A natural eye for detail and practical, aesthetic systems
  • Compassionate communicator with strong boundaries and professionalism
  • Availability for contract work during weekdays
  • Based on the Sunshine Coast with own ABN, car, and insurance
